We are excited to announce the launch of our new family department at Emerald Law Solicitors.
We are delighted to be able to provide yet another area of law for our new and existing clients. The team will offer a full range of services including separation, divorce, finances, children, domestic abuse and mediation.
This new department is being spearheaded by Angela (“Angie”) Brown, who is a highly experienced family law solicitor, court advocate and an accredited mediator. Angie has over 20 years’ experience practising family law in all areas, having successfully handled a wide array of complex matters, ranging from high-conflict divorces and complex financial matters to intricate child cases, and everything in between. She is a member of Resolution and earned the Law Society Panel and Advanced Panel status.
In May 2010, Angie received recognised status as an interpersonal mediator and in 2012 became accredited to practice all issues of Family Law Mediation, enabling her to offer specialist family law mediation that provides an alternative approach to resolving family disputes. Angie is also a CIM accredited (Child Inclusive) Family Law Mediator which enables her to give children a voice within the resolution process.
