Role Overview
We are looking for experienced, motivated and enthusiastic conveyancers to join our growing conveyancing department. We are looking for fantastic candidates that work efficiently, establish and maintain exceptional relationships with clients and develop conveyancing assistants as the department grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full and varied Residential Conveyancing case load
- Undertaking technical fee earning work, working independently with minimal supervision including; Title reports, Mortgage reports, dealing with enquiries, Leasehold matters, New Build, Shared Ownership.
- Maintaining relations with the firm’s clients and assisting and helping develop new relationships
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor or CILEX/Fee Earning)
- Detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed residential property conveyancing caseload
- Experience in training and developing Assistants is desirable but not essential to this role.
What We Offer
- Job Types: Full-time, permanent
- Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Office based but hybrid working can be considered
- Salary: £36,000 - £45,000
