Sean joined Emerald Law as First Response Manager in May 2025, bringing two years of experience in the same role at another firm.

With a strong background in client care and assessing legal enquiries, he and his team lead the initial onboarding of new cases and ensure a smooth handover to the appropriate legal departments. As the first point of contact, Sean and his team focus on making every client feel welcomed, understood, and supported from the very start.
