We understand that as busy practitioners, getting clear and key stage updates can help you to minimise unnecessary chasing on matters and keep you informed simply, and time and cost effectively on cases, so we offer this as an option to support that.

We will send you updates at key stages such as when the MIAM has been scheduled and/or completed, and when any joint sessions will take place, as well as key communications like sending you any summaries or documents generated through the course or upon conclusion of the mediation. There is no additional charge back to the client for these communications. All we ask in exchange is that you certify on your initial referral that you have your client’s consent for the direct communication. We encourage this, as it enables a sleek and more effective progression of matters for the client.
