5. Decision from UKVI

   Once granted, you may enter the UK any time during the validity of your visa.

What If My Visit Visa Is Refused? 

The only way to challenge a UK visitor visa refusal is through something called a Judicial Review. Unfortunately, this is a very complex process that can be very expensive and does not guarantee that they will change their mind. 

If you win the Judicial Review, that forces the Home Office to withdraw their decision and revaluate your application. Ultimately, they can make the same decision and refuse you again.
