Financial Peace of Mind
Legal advice can get expensive, but your peace of mind shouldn’t be compromised. We offer a tailor-made fixed fee package to fit your unique situation. The initial consultation is at a fixed fee of just £150+VAT.
Following the initial consultation there are two different payment options available.
Option 1 - 'Pay as you go' Package
- This is the most common form of fee payment solicitors’ offer and has been a standard practice of most solicitors for many years.
- Costs are charged based upon the hourly rate of your Solicitor.
- The total costs depend on how much work you instruct your solicitor to do for you.
Benefits of 'Pay As You Go'
- We charge on a PAYG basis each month.
- We will send you a bill every month for the work completed that month and you have to pay as you progress your case on a month-by-month basis.
- We can provide you with a fully itemised monthly breakdown of your costs.
- To help you manage your account, we will allocate you a personal client account. This can then be used to pay money into to help you budget ahead of time so those funds can then be used to offset your monthly bills. We recommend this to help you keep on top of your costs.
- We will help you manage this account and give you indications of the sort of funds to pay into your account to try and help you budget for your costs as your case progresses.
- We can offer you a standing order option to work alongside your monthly billing to help you continue to budget plan for your legal costs.
- What you see, is what you get! You are literally charged for the time spent on your case, there are no hidden charges.
- We will set out a full estimate of our costs at the outset of your case and review this and update you every 6 months or at key stages of your case, including upon your request.
- You have a fully professional and personalised service throughout your case from start to finish, with a dedicated Family Solicitor allocated throughout the entirety of your case and the full weight of our highly experienced team behind you.
Option 2 -'Essentials' Package
Our Essential Fees are designed to offer you a unique product that will enable you to choose your legal costs based upon only the necessary and essential components of your case. It offers a more essential service-based package, recognising the current financial climate and a world where legal costs may not have been something you had envisaged on the horizon.
Fear not, this is not a purely web-based or online based, or in any way diluted experience! We still ensure a fully professional individual and face to face service, but taking a more matter of fact ‘no frills’ approach to help you to keep your costs down.
Benefits of 'Essentials'
- Our ‘Essentials’ service enables our experienced solicitors to tailor-make a bespoke price plan in accordance with your specific needs and enables you, the client, to meet those costs on a modular basis, as each module (or chosen element of your plan) becomes necessary.
- At the start of your case, your solicitor individually designs your plan for you and reviews it with you as your case progresses.
- All modules are ‘bolt-on’ and your plan can be amended should your needs change.
- With the fees for each module being fixed, you have the complete certainty of your legal costs.
- Each module is extremely clear and states what work will and won’t be done for that fixed price. Your solicitor will communicate with you throughout helping to keep you within the parameters of your agreed price plan and to keep your costs manageable and easy to navigate.
- But don’t fear, should you need the flexibility to progress onto a more premium service, we can simply and easily upgrade your plan onto our hourly rate service, for those who feel that they need a little more beyond the Essentials service level. The flexibility we offer means that we can do this at any stage within your case, based upon your individual needs and requirements.
- With our variety of Fixed Fee Packages starting from just £50+VAT for our medication services and £150+ VAT for our Legal Services, you can relax knowing you can still have a fully professional and personal service with the full weight of our team of highly experienced and professional team of solicitors and mediators behind you.
