Discuss all possible financial arrangements with you from ‘what happens with the family home’ to resolving bank accounts, investments, debts, income discrepancies and pension issues and advise you of your options to empower you to make informed choices.
Explain how the law deals with all aspects of financial arrangements that are relevant to you, and we will do so in a clear and no-nonsense way.
Explain the process of financial disclosure and, if agreement can be reached, the format the agreement should take and assist in implementing any agreement.
Advise you on applications which can be made to the Court if agreement cannot be reached either following negotiation or other attempts to resolve matters out of Court, because we understand that not all cases can and indeed should be resolved without court intervention on some level.
